Advanced Plan
Covers all products provided by McDowall Company addition 45-days 160 days coverage past the warranty date along with reduced service call fee with waived labor cost.
Elite Plan
Elite plans are custom tailored to customer needs. Includes but not limited to 160 days 180 days coverage passed the warranty along with 10 FREE service calls and reduced fees.
*Intent to damage or alter McDowall Company hardware will void any service plan.

Call 617-288-3125 and speak to a service rep. based on your monthly or annual plan you maybe reimbursed.
what can the service plan do for my existing digital signage displays?
Service plans on existing displays will opted you into auto-upgrade. If experience display burn-in or dead display McDowall Company will remove, dispose and replace the display at reduced cost or for free (depending on your service plan contract).
Do you provide weekend support?
Yes. Saturday, sunday, holiday and after hours support is available if planned and/or notified during normal business hours.
